What you’re buying

The binder is a digital product: a printable PDF and a fillable PDF, plus the bonus Fridge Sheet, delivered by email right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

How you can use it

You may print and use the binder for yourself and your household, as many times as you need. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to other websites or redistribute the binder or any part of it.
